The house was amazing.

This Villa is beautiful and laid out well, so close to the water. We used the canoe and bikes to get around the island. Larry was amazing and showed us around the island as well.

clean and comfortable property that acccurately matched the photos online. Larry, the caretaker, was a fantastic help and a very good driver as well. the courtyard was very relaxing and a great place for meals and relaxing by the ocean.

It is an excellent quiet place, but the only limitation is that is you have to prepare your food. There are market with all the products, fresh fish and moriscos.

No swimming pool and very low tides, so to swim you need to take a took-took

The host and attendant were attentive and responsive. They made our stay a great experience. We had private massage therapist come and Larry, who lives next door, was available for last minute trips to the market. The private beach access was amazing. The accomodations were very comfortable and the AC worked great.

The village nearby played loud music quite late (annoying but tolerable) and the small village was very humble. The only stores where local vendors. You can hire a local cook but there weren't restaurants nearby. There was only one working snorkeling mask available.

Our 4days stay at Jade Villa was really memorable.The House & rooms are clean & tidy with Air condition.Kitchen is fully equipped, There's also an extra Outdoor Kitchen & Toilette which i find very practical.You can also chill & enjoy the Sunset at the Terrasse or NipaHut House while having your Dinner.Two small/kayak boat are even free to use.Kuya Larry was the Best always ready to assist from Trike to organizing Island Hopping.He even drove me to the Market. The locals are very friendly and the Smile of the Children' are priceless.They became our Friends.To Francois & Jade, Thank You For your wonderful Place..WE really Had a great time and WE will definately comeback and stay even longer nexttime.
