Localização, utensílios, instalações, anfitrião, tudo muito novo e de fácil adaptação, ótimo para aproveitar a cidade de Espinho e Porto.

A localização é excelente.

Nos gustó realmente todo, limpieza, ubicación, comodidad y que el anfitrión fue de lo más amable y servicial. Nos dejo una botella de vino y agua de bienvenida.

Todo nos gustó mucho, no tenemos ni una queja.

Excellent apartment 1 minute away from the beach and with the view on the ocean from the living room. The flat is equipped with all necessary facilities and there is a lot of space and light in it. The flat does not have an air conditioner but there is a fan in the bedroom, which cools temperature down if needed. Carlos is a very helpful and caring host who met as upon the arrival and explained how everything functions in the flat. Overall, our experience was excellent - highly recommend renting this apartment.

The only suggestion for the improvement that I have is replacing stools around the dining table in the living room with proper chairs. I traveled to Espinho for the conference and stools were quite uncomfortable considering that I had to work by the table for a long time. Other than that, everything was great.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet; im 2. Stock mit Treppe erreichbar; vom Esstisch sieht man sogar die Surfer auf dem Meer; sehr nahe beim Bahnhof, bei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und guten, preiswerten Restaurants. Der Strand ist gross und sauber, das Meer kühl und erfrischend; sogar im Juni kann man baden, wenn man das kalte Wasser (16°C) nicht scheut; der Vermieter ist zuvor-kommend und hilfsbereit; die Wohnung wird jede Woche gereinigt und das Bett frisch bezogen. Ich würde sofort wieder mehrere Wochen in das selbe Appartment gehen und mich wohl fühlen.

Die Stühle am Esstisch sind nicht sehr bequem - für 4 Pers. ist die Wohnung etwas klein.
