Holden Court Apartment - Apt 1

Lack of morning sleep, the family above me made a lot of noise, There were 2 house flies in the apartment, we couldn't't get rid of them

Decent location from where we were working and comfy enough beds

Parking was a bit of an issue as the spaces are very limited but that’s only because we had a long wheel base van if you have a car it’s fine.

Absolutely nothing. I wish I could give it minus stars! Do NOT book this property! Highly disappointed is an understatement. Absolute s**t hole of a place. Worst booking I’ve ever made. The ramp for parking is wrongly installed, scratched my £30k cars number completely!

Unhygienic max pro! Broken main door lock, broken bathroom door lock, toilet flush not working. Wet dirty towels! Live open wires in kitchen. Stinking kitchen appliances. Drunk men walking about side at 6pm!! Arrived with 2 children and booking.con expected me to stay for atleast 24 hours while they looked into the matter. They did nothing!!!! Had to rebook another place at twice the cost, I cannot believe this place is still advertised. Con owner!

It is ideal for family with 2 or more kids. Also good for 3-4 adults. Private parking is available, however, the parking is quite challenging if it is fully booked since no allocated parking for each apartment, it’s a first come first serve basis.

It is not spotless clean to be honest it’s quite old some wear and tear is very apparent.

I booked this apartment for a family who are in between houses. They were in urgent need of accessible accommodation as the one member has mobility restrictions. From there the main entrance of the property there is an intense smell of smoke. The carpets in the flat have absorbed the same smell which was unpleasant especially for a child. There was an incident with two strangers trying to get into the flat which made the family feel unsafe and they checked out of the property a week earlier than planned and paid for. The incident has been reported to the police for further investigation. The host of the property was unresponsive when we contacted him for the check out, when he picked up the phone 3 days later he was challenging our claims for the flat being unsafe. The neighborhood is very dodgy and full of rubbish on the parking area and on the streets around. It’s the first time I ever had such a bad experience with booking.com and for that reason I will never book through them again.

Net connectivity and location were good

Dishwasher didn't work from day 1 till day 19. Furniture were in poor condition.

Place was clean inside. Flat well located and well equipped.

The bedding was really unconfortable, mattress way too thin. Outdoor parking very dirt. Once you arrive flat entrance difficult to find. Maybe a video of the arrival procedure could help futur visitors.
