no water pressure

I was in apartment #1. It was very comfortable and had been redone at some point recently. For the price, the apartment was very nice. The kitchen was and bathroom and floors were updated with two king size beds in the two bedrooms and a great, large tv. My bed was very comfy and the a/c was terrific during my hot stay.

My trip was very last minute and I had my family puppy with me. My wife and kids were already staying elsewhere on the Island and she found me the property. After I booked it, my wife walked over there and send me some pics wanting me to cancel my reservation. After the proprietor called me, I decided not to. I’m sure improvements will continue to be made but the outside grounds and inside courtyard grounds are not attractive. I may have used my money on landscaping and screening the other building next door as opposed to an above ground pool, which forgive me, seemed a little tacky. Also the torn indoor couch sitting on the screened in porch reminded me of college. Inside the apartment, the interior doors and trim and some walls need attention, which I’m sure they will get. I’m wondering why the main rug was left with stains and worn marks. The neighborhood was a little sketchy as well. seemed like a transient hotel just a few hundred feet away, lots homeless people in the city parks and the scent of pot could be smelled often. But then there were nice streets and areas as well so who knows.

great location, 4 minutes walking from Riviera Beach! the house was cozy and the forniture was modern

it was not very clean, we had to wash the dishes before using them. also, i haven’t been given any information about a wi-fi access…. that was something we would have liked to have! Also the tub outside was un-usable because it was very dirty.. that would have been something very cool to have!
