94 Camarque - Seaside Serenity

There was nothing good about it and nothing I can say I liked

The lifts are outside the building takes forever to come down, my family as well as a baby got stuck in the lift and had to jump over walls to get out the family and baby were extremely traumatized, my family kids and ill dad had to walk more than 200 steps going up and another 200 going down in the heat, aircon was basically non function rooms were extremely hot, upon speaking to the agent she advised there's nothing she can do and I should rebook elsewhere and promised a full refund, I had to seek alternative accommodation carry down the 200+luggage which costed me a double payment for weekend and addition expenses as the only available accommodation I could get was 45 min away from my function which by the way we missed due to the relocation and my dad falling ill from all the exhaustion and trauma. I was only refunded a small portion of what I paid and my deposit which is not what was told to me by the agent as she clearly stated a full refund will be paid out to me I have voice notes and messages and recorded phone calls...she does not respond to messages or let you know as to what is happening until you ask and request her to please respond.. Highly dissatisfied with the property and agent will never book again this property or use the agent. The lifts are ridiculous the apartment pics are not accurate it's way smaller and extremely hot aircons don't even work properly there is no good sea view as stated..mind you not once did any1 come out to check if we were okay or to even apologize as we were told the lifts getting stuck is a norm in this apartment.

This is a home away from home everything was new

They don't have backup and there was no power from Saturday during the day till we left on Sunday and we only had raw food ,we ended up asking for charcoal from neighbors 😒
