Apartamento Las Palmeras - Con Terraza, barbacoa, aire acondicionado y a 250m de la playa!

Excellent facilities, everything you need from home is here. Location couldn’t be better, few minutes to the shops, bars, restaurants and beach! The residential area is very quiet and the down stairs neighbours are adorable. The apartment is spotlessly clean and layout is ideal. We stayed for a week and had zero complaints. Would highly recommend this place and the Hosts are wonderful ! Will be booking again.

Short family trip away for Easter and Birthday. Sergio was a fantastic host Any questions or queries were quickly responded to and providing lots of nice little touches on arrival to make sure our trip got off to a great start. Thank you Segio :-) The apartment itself is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and has everything you generally need to cater for yourself. The apartment is probably 5 mins at most away from the sandy beach and there are supermarkets equally handy. One nice touch was the beach chairs and beach tent that were there also. For evening out it is also a very handy location for local bars and restaurants well within easy walking distance. The best for us was the Sun terrace which was great for breakfast, snacks and evening drinks and then turn the lights out and just enjoy looking at the stars.

Fantastic apartment in the perfect location - 3mins to the beach and 5mins to the restaurants and bars of Plaza 525. There are a number of supermarkets nearby too so no car required, we hired bikes from Jesalcar in the Plaza and it was a brilliant way to explore as Los Alcazares is pretty flat! Our host, Sergio, was fantastic - very communicative and met us on our arrival and departure. We had a few queries during our stay and Sergio responded very promptly and in general, a smashing guy to deal with. In terms of facilities, the apartment is well equipped - plenty of utensils, cutlery, cups, glasses etc and the kitchen has a cooker and microwave albeit we ate out most nights. Air con in the living room & 2 bedrooms with ceiling fans in all rooms; smart TV and 5G WiFi so no issues with connectivity. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sergio's apartment and we are already planning our return for next year!

Only a couple of very minor points - a full length mirror would be good, some additional tea towels for drying dishes and the shower head holder in the upstairs bathroom didn't hold the shower securely...but as I said, this did not prevent us from having a fantastic stay!
