"It’s nice apartment, but staying in the hotel is more convenient"

This is nice and clean apartment. The owner tried to make it easy and out efforts to help the guests to find the apartment. Owner was kind and polite.

No negatives, but comments : I found it little noisy as it’s above the restaurants and I didn’t know that. There is a noise from downstairs late evening and early morning from downstairs. There are very steep steeps to into the building and straight into the apartment. So make sure you are cautious when walking, especially if you have heavy suitcase. Check out is strict at 10am, so you have to make alternative arrangements if your flight is late evening and you have large luggage to carry around.
