Location is good, ski in, ski out Kitchenware is good. Microwave oven is there

Poor wifi Internet, even bought for extra money No soap, no toilet paper Broken kettle Snow on the stairs was not cleaned for 2 days, it was just dangerous

The residence has direct access to ski slopes

The building in quite old (old rooms, old forniture). The receptionist is kind, but you only see her for the check in / check out. The staff is generally approximate
