The Old Naval Laundry - Pure B

Clean and good location. Parking and safe area. The accommodation was well laid out and the kitchen was well equipped.

The blinds in the main room were difficult to pull down and the duvets were very warm for the time of year.

Great location. The old hospital site is secure and has fabulous history and architecture. The old laundry of has one parking space so the on site security team found parking for family who called to see us. The taxi numbers inthe information folder were very useful.

We loved the space but found the settees a little uncomfortable for us as the backs are quite low. We were woken on Sunday by very loud music all day from the school behind the site. We were going out so not a big problem.

Great location, short bus ride from the city centre, interesting property, comfortable, clean, nice shower. Quiet. Easy parking for one vehicle.

A couple of things that could be improved on... There was one solitary small sponge in the kitchen and one tea towel. No cloths, no hand towel, no spare tea towels. Notified them and they acknowledged, but they did nothing about it. Disappointing. The two bedrooms either had drawers or hanging space, but not both. That's poor. As usual, there was no socket in a suitable place to use the hairdryer with a mirror. The windows are VERY tall, with roller blinds . But the chain only comes down half way. I'm 6'1" and had to stretch to open/close the blinds. My wife had no chance! Small things individually, but annoying none the less.

No hanging space in the top bedroom because of the layout.of the room.

self catering so no breakfast, location was ok but for elderly people bit of a jaunt into city centre

we didnt like the fact that the TV room is up a spiral staircase and as my husband is partially disabled he couldnt watch the TV in the evening and the fact that no mention of a spiral staircase is mentioned on website to access the TV room, also the chain to operate the blinds at night was half way up tall windows and i had to stand on a chair to operate them which is not good for a 70yr pensioner, definitely would have booked somewhere else had we have been aware of facilities in apt
