"I didn't enjoy my stay because there was no free wifi"

The location was great..

I could not log to my emails because there was no wifi ..we were not offered the wifi password The wardrobe in the main bedroom is worn out one has no door and it stained our clothes

We were not told that the bridge was experiencing electric problems we had no electricity from the day of arrival which was Friday until we decided we cannot stay another day or night. We were booked till the Sunday but due to no electricity(no hot water, no gas stove, no generator or loadshedding lights our meat eventually got spoilt) and we had no option but to leave on Saturday. A gas stove would of totally made a difference but this apartment did not cater this. Braai areas were all occupied, so we could not use the facilities. We did not even get a phone call explaining anything. Upon taking a drive we realized that it was only the bridge that was experiencing electrical problems. It was a total disappointment and a waste of my money. I paid for 2 nights for absolutely nothing.
