"Good location & clean rooms"

It's a nice hotel with a suitable location, very near to the metro station and located on main road. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious with all the basic amenities. It hard to find such a nice hotel at this location in this budet so it was a value for money stay for me.

Nothing it’s convenient that’s why only

They charge us extra money he said I was tax and I asked we have the bill and it’s says it’s paid even tax and again he said it’s service charges he didn’t provide any service how can he charge I hope booking.com will look into this matter

The Fab Hotel group which outsources the booking to hotels. So this is a 3 layer booking between Booking.com to Fab Hotels to the RS Golden which is the actual hotel. I had paid confirmation amount to RS group, for which they sent an innumerable mails/messages to get it done ASAP, citing cancellation of the booking. The are no contact details of the hotel to confirm before we leave. Fab hotel numbers don't work and goes to IVR which says reservation confirmed. When we reached the property the RS hotel has not information about the booking and then they ask us to talk to Fab hotel and don't even provide a number. Then they ask if we read the terms and conditions during booking. Pathetic service of RS hotel. None of the numbers of Fab hotel group get to a person, its all IVR based, so nothing can be done. So we had to search for another hotel to stay. Later a person from Fab hotel group calls us and asks about our reservation and when explained, he says the hotel personnel are not reachable and offers to reimburse the confirmation amount. Later a mail is received with service charges applied for cancellation. We did not cancel the booking, there was not booking given to us in the first place. All this for no fault of ours. Pathetic way to make money by Fab hotel group. Booking.com should remove such vendors who have no accountability

"Hotel room construction was ok but the facility is being managed poorly."

I paid for breakfast but I didn't get it. The hotel does not have any restaurant and they arrange food from outside. The first I asked to provide B/F at 7.30am and the caretaker was sleeping who did not wake up after phone call and I had to leave the hotel. The next day I told him to give B/F at 8.30am and he brought the B/F after 9am when I was leaving the hotel. The third day I didn't ask for breakfast. Bidi butt was found in the room. Saw cockroach inside. Light in front of wash basin in the bath was not there. I never had experience in Fab hotel and found that the hotel does not provide bill when one checks out.
