Dina Residence - Apartament 68

The apartment is in a completely new building, with secured and private parking available. There is an elevator in the building. We were a family of 4 (2 adults + 2 children). The apartment has one large living room with sofa bed that turns into bed for two. Kitchen is joint with living room. Also, the bedroom has bed that is comfortable for 2 adults. The balcony is accessible from both living room and bedroom. Heating/air conditioning is managed easily by a central system but the apartment also has an extra air conditioner with a separate remote. We were very well welcomed, there is a smart TV with cable and also netflix, amazon, etc. Kitchen is well equiped, microwave, dish disposer, coffee machine, owen, dishes, we even had welcoming tea and coffee waiting for us. Free wifi with good signal and also plenty of power sockets. The bathroom had new washing machine, fresh towels, toilet papers, even shampoo and shower grl, very clean and equipped. The water was always warm, good water preasure. No bathtub, just a spacious shower cabbin. There is enough space for clothes, shoes, also there were slippers for guests included. The balcony had a table and two chairs, very nice view during the day. It’s located around 1km from aquapark Amazonia, and 2-3km from the city centre. You can euther walk or take 3 bus stops to the city centre, the bus station is just in front of the building. Also there is Lidl just across the street. Our host was very kind and gave us some helpful recommendations for the restaurants. :) Overall - great impression and good experience. :)

Just one small flaw - the balcony door, from the living room had a roll-curtain, so in the morning, the sunlight wakes you up a bit early. If you have a sleeping mask, or if you do not have problem sleeping when its daylight - you’ll be fine. :)

The location is awesome, the view from the terrace is magnicifent. The host is very kind and welcoming. Place is very clean, tidy and designed with taste. The bedroom bed is a bit stiff, so if you prefer harder mattress it will be perfect. Our pregnant friend didn’t prefer it, so she slept in the living room, but it’s a matter of taste. We had all necessary facilities, if you are a woman, you will find micelar water, shower creams, shampoo, conditioner and other necessities in the bathroom, which is great. We will definitely visit this accommodation again!

Everything! Beautiful apartment. Feels like you are in the best hotel. We were so warm welcomed! We will come back for sure.

Everything was great. Clean, tidy, spacious. Location near the city center, Iulius town shopping center. Private parking in front of the building. Any recommendation. We will come again..

Friendly owner speaking good English. Location not far away from the old town. Comfortable beds, big bathroom, coffee machine, air- consulting, parking place right next to the building... In general spacious, comfortable, well-equiped appartment with parking place if you come by car.
