The Bay Studio 2 - Broadstairs

Modern clean studio with everything one needs for a stay away from.home. Proximity to the coastal path was an extra plus. Beautiful short walk to Broadstairs and Ramsgate

2 extra chairs would have been great, but this is more of a suggestion, not a must.

Quiet and secure, this is on a par with premier inn, and in some aspects better, If I ever need to visit the area again this is one I would always try first.

The refrigerator was very noisy sounded like an old diesel engine. Shower very temperamental on getting hot water.

Felt like we were still in a fresh new build, modern apartment, as it was very clean with no visible wear and tear. The vicinity is a very quiet, affluent, suburb of Broadstairs and felt very safe. Easy access to main seaside resort via coast path or inland street. Plenty of parking either for free on street or driveway - 1 space per studio apartment. Great value compared to other listed apartments in area. Would come again.

Just minor suggestions such as a hair dryer, a second kitchen stool, recycling facilities, a curtain or blind for the back door and rear window. Couldn't get hot water on waterfall shower, but could on the handheld.

It's was clean and tidy, lovely and quiet. Close to the sea front. Easy to get to and return the keys.

Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Couldn't work out how to close the blind on the ceiling.

Clean, good location, good facilities, good communication. 10 out of 10
