Great location to explore Galloway area. Lodge had everything we needed, was very clean and comfortable. Perfect for a short break with our 2 dogs to walk and relax.

"Lovely cosy stay"

The location, the beautiful views , the lodge was cosy, hot tub was lovely

The bed frame at the bottom stuck out so myself and little girl ended up with quite bad bruises from hitting it walking past There was a few balloons under the bed when we arrived (must be from previous people) and a solid luxury jumper hanging over the couch , the hot tub cover was loose so when I lifted it up (with the black pull part) a screw came loose and the cover fell back onto me

"Peaceful, relaxing and a favourite get away from it all location."

Quiet location, more privacy in this lodge compared to others. Well equipped for a self catering accommodation. Welcome pack for our dog was appreciated. Absolutely spotless throughout. Sun for most of day to front of lodge.We have chosen to stay in this lodge 3 times and others on 2 previous occasions.

Hot tub controls didn't seem to work. Distinct damp smell in bathroom, although this seemed to be less noticeable during our stay, perhaps due to water running through pipes/drains? Did notice some other lodges were having refurbishment work done and hope this will extend to No24 before our next visit as it could benefit from being updated too.

"Fantastic , super dog friendly stay."

Everything ! We arrived and there was treats for our dogs travelling with us , it was so dog friendly , the hot tub was fab and enclosed so our dogs could play while we relaxed, the gate on the balcony was another fab addition so our dogs could keep guard , we loved it .

Absolutely nothing ! We even saw the deer as we were leaving .
