Railway Cottage - Stylish & Cosy Whitstable Oasis - Sleeps 2

Loved the accomodation really nice stay

The parking was difficult had to walk some distance from our car, although it was do able. If I am being picky I would like to see the booklet in the property updated, would have been nice to.use the Google speaker in the accomodation but no details of how to connect. However property was great value for money and the agent that handled the booking was great and very thorough.

We liked it, and it really would have been great if it was just us, but it’s a two up one down, and we took our doggy (as was a dog friendly stay), but we struggled with the open spiral staircase, no door or baby gate, we had to change our plans a little as we couldn’t leave our dog alone which we would usually (for a bit). Great for people without dogs/kids or without wine/vertigo 😂

Easy check-in, very cosy, comfortable, tasteful and well-appointed on a quiet cul de sac, and very easy to get to other places from.

Die Lage war toll. Die Ausstattung …..es war alles da, was wir brauchten . Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Der Gastgeber hat regelmäßig Kontakt gehalten.

It was our 2nd stay at Railway cottage in the space of a few months. Location is good as easy walking distance to the beaches and high street. Cosy and compact with a well equipped kitchen, and private garden with outside seating.

Beautifully decorated and fitted with everything you needed . Lovely to sit outside in the courtyard. Walking into town was close by - 10 /15 mins. Great to take a dog . So cosy and comfortable.

The little street leading up to the house wasn’t very nice . Disused house next door . Once you were in it was lovely ! The dog next door barked quite a bit. The railway line was next to the house but it wasn’t a problem for us .

Excellent shower and coffee machine. Extremely well appointed cottage. Perfect location with a short walk into Whitstable which has a wonderful selection of restaurants and shops. A special mention for Koala rentals handling of our dog request. 10/10

Lovely property, great location

The photos of the property were exactly as we found the cottage, down to the last cushion. The owner has taken a lot of time and effort to make the cottage, comfy and welcoming. Just a short walk from Whitstable high Street and all its independent shops and restaurants, and then out onto the beach.

Nothing! But the spiral staircase is steep which might not be ideal for some people.
