The fact that we paid and then they said they want more money as security which then didn't work.

Cosy and perfect small flat for 2

Massive window on a street where people can see straight into the living room, but when the blinds are down, it's a great living space

Nicely decorated; Good location; Clean.

Sofa cover; Bare minimum of cutlery and crockery.

The property had plenty of space, there was Netflix on the tv, WiFi, the bed was comfy and had good storage in the bedroom. They also provided toiletries and coffee/sugar. Great communication too and easy to get to the property/ check in. Great price too!

The area was ok

WiFi is awful, dirty plates was stashed under the bed from the people there before meaning this hasn’t been cleaned properly dirty spoons in the pot with all the clean ones? Got told the apartment stunk of a substance n me and my partner was the one to blame??? Had to pay £100 deposit and won’t get it back because someone in that whole block of apartments smoked and we have now got the blame for that?

Bed was comfy

Staff were not helpful at all and refuse to help in any way and completely lie point blank to you on the phone . Don't expect help from booking.com either as they are complete cowards
