Clean and comfortable.

Information from host was clear and easy to understand. House was generally clean and tidy. Kitchen facilities (oven, fridge, dishwasher, etc) are good.

No coffee or milk provided. Only 1 out of 4 adults had a shower and all the hot water was used up. Bed linen, pillows, towels were worn and dated. Left over Shampoo and shower gel left in bathroom from previous guests. Generally, the house could do with a modern touch. Location is very difficult to access by walking from town (which is pointed out in the description, so we knew it wasn't close to anything but it makes it very difficult to go anywhere without a driving) Overpriced for what it is.

Access to the villa with luggage was difficult. Some of the villa needs to be refurbished. Bathrooms looking a bit old in particular the bath. Need a larger dining table for 4 people.

property was conveniently located for our drive around Ireland. Would have been a great place to stay for a few nights as there are some cool things to explore closeby. Friendly little beach town - very quaint.

We had two cars - so parking was a bit of a hassle. The unit is attached and the row of homes it is in sits it between two others back a bit from the parking area - which was always full.

Location was ideal to visit Youghal and Cork. House was equipped with basic items such as dishwasher tablets and tea towels which was great. House looked like pictures.

Cosmetically House appeared lovely but floorboards need tlc especially the stairs as they are quite noisy. Windows also quite drafty. Could have been cleaner and hairdryer is 2 prong so only fit over the light in the bathroom.

Easy check in/out. Comfortable house
