Family Chalets - 5 mins walk to beach, nr Great Yarmouth & Norfolk Broads

Nice compact chalet, lots of missed cleaning points like bathroom up the side of Bath and cupboard side, right hand side of toilet, had to wash all plates, glasses, pots before use, but on the whole a pleasant stay, I must say these are only minor points, and would recommend these are delt with before the next rental, I wouldn't put anyone off staying here it's a lovely location and nice compact chalet.

Bed was hard but that's just down to preference

There should be gas central heating rather having electric heaters. Every thing overall was fine but due to no central heating it was difficult to be in a warm environment and electricity cost us a lot.

Paying for electricity it was first time ever we had yo pay for it, we usually do 3 to 4 holidays a year never had this situation before yo pay for electricity.

People in chalet on arrival after 6hr journey so frustrated. No reception staff available so after trying to locate someone and several phone calls we were relocated to another chalet where the tv didn’t work until repaired the following day, metal bed mattress extremely uncomfortable creaked every time you turned and cramped for a double, road alongside very noisy with delivery vans and constant traffic until midnight to nearby parks, shower curtain rail rusty and fell down whilst in shower so left early. Not a pleasurable experience wouldn’t book again.
