No welcome pack, could do with thicker duvet this time of year, single beds could do with thicker mattress if adults sleeping in them

"Great location but needs some love"

Lovely location, very quiet, close to beach and amenities

It wasn’t very clean, pillows were yellow, beds were so uncomfortable, bathroom floor was filthy, curtains were like tracing paper and let all the light in. From opening the door it smelt foisty and very stuffy. The drive down to the entrance has huge potholes - grounded the car out. Compared to the other chalets this one needs some TLC

"bed linen as an option"

The price is expensive, but then they send you an email where they offer bed linen for an extra 60 pounds and the cost of the room is 195 pounds for 2 days. what will happen next, will they offer walls with a lid as an option? also for this price reduce issues with cleanliness dirt on mugs, stains on bed linen. I was very disappointed, there is no playground on the territory.
