Mountain Charm

View is great

There was a nice view though some trees could be cut to improve view. Didnt have other houses on top of you. There was plenty of room for 4 people. Beds were comfortable.It was nice to have hot tub and screened in so kept out bugs.

This home needs updating and some TLC.I could not get any thing on upstairs tv in MB( cable box was dead even though plugged in), they even sent someone out and he never fixed the problem. The universal remote did not work for living room tv so you could not access apps (my netflix,Amazon)to watch movies or improve the horrible picture (old tv) and small maybe 42 inch. There was no propane in either tank for grill. No can opener but one was brought next day . i ve stayed in many rental homes and there are always spices, none in this home. Toaster burnt toast even on setting 1.

the privacy , the beautiful nature around it the beds were so comfortable and the cabin has everything you need , we enjoyed the hot tub every night after coming home from walking and hiking and shopping all day , the internet reception was great for being up there in the mountains. I also loved it how peaceful and quiet it was to come home from the business and crowds from Gatlinburg town , and not far from Pigeon Forge , Sevierville either .

I really liked that my visit was so smooth. I was just a text away from guest services, and they were always very communicative. The location was amazing and the property was so clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool table.

Everything was great!
