Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The building is undergoing a facade renovation during June-September 2023. This could cause some noise in the apartment between 7am-4pm on weekdays. We are sorry for the inconvenience!
