Very wet weather ( can’t be helped) grass around caravan very wet. Obviously not owners fault.

"Great Caravan, great site. High costs for the facilities on site."

Caravan was great. Location was great.

The entertainment costs were very high. The passes for the site are the very high prices and wasn’t even checked. The drink prices were very high. Caravan was great, wouldn’t use the entertainment again.

"lovely park and we had a great short break, caravan adequate for what we needed"

great location , caravan site was clean, with good facilities on site and caravan was adequate, we all enjoyed our short holiday

paid for early arrival but caravan not ready (company great and refunded but that was not the point, as we had paid for early check in due to grandsons needs), cleaners said that they were not expecting us, had clearly not started cleaning, so sent us away for 1/2 hour to allow them to clean, it looked like only very minimal cleaning had occurred on our return sinks and floors still dirty etc.

Fantastic location. Lovely caravan. Kids loved watching the ducks with their ducklings on the pond right outside the caravan 😊

The separate toilet wouldn't flush, and the door to one of the twin bedrooms wouldn't close, and the glass was missing out the top of the double bedroom, but it didn't spoil anything.
