Location is good.

Very old aprtment and doesn't feel cozy at all! Bathroom looks weird. Badly needed renovation!

"Wonderfull location with normal house for family vocation"

The location of the house is really wonderful for a quiet family vocation with children. Our company of two families rented this house entirely; each family was located on its own floor with separate entrances The apartment on the ground floor of the house is great. Both apartments are well equipped with appliances. In the yard there were many sun loungers, a gas barbecue, tables and chairs for dining. The owner of the property can rent you 7 meters boat( for 6+1 persons) or 9 meters boat ( for 9+1 persons).

This property needs some renovation. The apartment on the first floor of the house is attic (sloping ceiling), which significantly reduces its functional space. The bunk beds are not very comfortable, although the mattresses were good. There are no insect screens on the windows and doors. I didn’t have enough greenery in front of the entrance to the attic apartment. Although there are two huge pine, cedar and fig trees in the yard, providing excellent shade in the yard next to the ground floor apartment
