Loved the location. The apartment was warm, quiet and a good size. Parking and instructions were very good and 24 hour check-in was great

The beds were the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept in. The blinds in the living room and one bedroom were broken so there was little privacy. The en-suite shower didn't drain properly so showers had to be quick before the bathroom flooded. Only one set of keys was provided so access for adults wanting to do different things was difficult.

Spacious. Plenty room for family. Good location

The location was quite convenient, but it was quite noisy due to house parties nearby and being close to the railway station

- The toilet BROKE and leaked during our stay. We had to wait for the plumber to come and fix it. We were forced to stay in the room for the whole morning, affecting our trip. Also, the water supply to the whole apartment was cut off during the fix, making us unable to cook and do dishes. - We asked for replacement floor rug as the given ones were drenched in dirty toilet water. But the host never provided us with any of those. - The beds and the pillows were too soft - The drawers and cupboards had trash from the previous stay - The cooking utensils were of poor quality: The knife was wobbly and the saucepans were not quite compatible with the induction hob - There were not enough chairs: The apartment was supposed to be for 5 people, however, only 4 chairs were given

Plenty of room for a group of 6. Everything you need for a weekend

Nothing really. There could be an extra comfy chair in the lounge area. Extra set of keys world be handy as we only had 1 key between 6. It was a little out from the centre.

The apartment was in a very good location and was, generally very smart (apart from a few points - see below). The instructions were exceptional, clear and very easy to follow - picking up the keys from the local 24/7 was easy and enabled any arrival time. The underground car park was easy to access (per the instructions) and totally secure - it all felt very safe. We had plenty of hot water and it was warm (heating was easy to use). The facilities were good, and the lounge was cosy, although we didn't use the dishwasher and washing machine as there appeared to have been a leak under the flooring before we arrived (see also below).

The apartment needed a bit of DIY love and care. The vertical fabric blinds in two of the windows (including the living room) were missing slats, so didn't shut the dark out completely and looked a mess. There were loose sockets in the kitchen, spotlights that weren't working (making the lighting a bit odd) and we arrived to find that water had leaked under the floorboards of the kitchen and hall. Dining table seats were tattered and torn. It is a great place, but just looked really tired and semi-looked after which was a real shame. If you can correct the above, I did think it was value for money.

3 requests for a twin room which wasn't done so had to call them, very bad water leak, which meant the floor was wet, flooring was lifting as a result so the ensuite and lounge door wouldn't close by several inches. Electrical plug not screwed to the wall properly in kitchen, both bathrooms had quite a bit of mould and the mattress was really uncomfortable, you could feel a lot of the bed springs as some where protruding. Broken blinds, no curtains and some of the windows won't close properly.

Size and space for our group, cleanliness and location to MCC for our conference.

The mattresses could really do with updating and some better towels too. Hand soap would have been a nice touch too especially for price of apartments.
