Nothing as was a nightmare from booking to trying to get in to apartment

Trying to speak to someone was absolutely disgusting all lines were shut at 16.30 on a weekday Never got into building as no key

The host was very helpful and was available if I needed anything at any time, great stay .

The property was exactly as described, nice and spacious with the big windows and comfortable bedroom and living room. The space was perfect for a couple and had plenty of storage.

Parking was difficult but it’s hard in a city. It would be a little more helpful with a bigger list of car parks or recommended places to go visit to make the experience better.

Ive not recieved my £100 deposit back yet been over 2 weeks

Property itself is great, everything as described, very easy to get in. Also I had a question about check in on the day and my email got a reply within minutes so customer service seems impressive.

Despite there being no bars on the street itself, big groups of drunk people were yelling in the street until the early hours. There is an acoustic quirk of the building such that sound from the street actually seems to get amplified inside the building. I suspect there’s a cavity wall that has not been filled with insulation, thereby acting as a resonator... Anyway, the noise was so unbearable even with 32dB earplugs that the only way i was able to sleep at all was by piling up the sofa cushions and making a bed in the kitchen, which was the room furthest from the noise. Until they fix this problem with sound insulation the place is totally unfit for purpose unless you’re deaf.

Nice and cosy

It was a lovely apartment with responsive staff and the location couldn’t be better for all things in Sheffield City Centre. Kitchen was well equipped and most places clean. Staff helped me with queries throughout my stay.

The management of the building is absolutely awful - dirty corridors are full of trash that no one cleans, weird smells and when blood occurred at the entry to the building during my stay, no one cleaned it for two days (and then I checked out so it might still be there). The flat has some features that could use a deep clean. It’s also not for light sleepers as there are a lot of bars nearby who love to sing and shout at night.
