The property was presented well

In Description under Comfortably Accommodates its stated that you can " Wake up rejuvenated and step into your own private spa experience in one of the two modern bathrooms". Unfortunately this is untrue as there is only one toilet which is within a shower room. There is no bath in the property. Also, it's stated under Perfect location that you can "immerse yourself within a relaxed home from home experience". Whilst the property is nicely presented, it is situated on an extremely busy road and intersection. Consequently there is little chance of relaxation or sleep as there is a constant noise from car stereos. The garden is awful, scruffy and overlooked. Considering this is pet friendly accommodation I would expect the garden to be safely enclosed. Parking is available in nearby roads approximately 300m away, however the area is not desirable and obviously left at your own risk.

Personal things that didn't affect the stay - outside area at the back could be made a little more private with a fence to enclose the space. However, this may not be possible due to planning, neighbours etc.

The house is very spacious, very clean and comfortable. Great communication from the host. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

The host was amazing. Very good at contact and also such a lovely, thoughtful person. The property was a peaceful place to come back to at the end of the day. I recommend the property.
