Clean inside, ideal for what we needed as a last minute stay over for a wedding.

Was a little difficult to find

Great location to explore Sheffield, right in the centre and within walking distance of transport links if you wish to travel further afield. Apartment was clean and contains all the essentials.

Took me a while to understand the shower instructions, but if you just do what you would for any other shower then it will work, not sure what the point is of the instructions as they are confusing. Apartment can also get very warm and opening the windows doesn't help. The lift doesn't work so having to climb 3 sets of stairs can be annoying but not much the apartment owner can do about that I guess.

We were visiting Tramlines for the opening night and the apartment was ideal for us due to its central location . The price we paid was inflated due to the festival (as all places were) but it was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for one nights stay.

Read the small print as you have to leave a £100 deposit before you are given the entry code. This deposit was refunded a few days after we got back home but then I found another £100 was pending on my account. I was told by derbnb to keep an eye on my account and they would refund me if it came out twice. This additional pending amount eventually disappeared 10 days after our stay so for this reason I would not stop here again. The apartment block is a bit run down, broken lift, broken glass broken doors, old sofa left in the corridor etc etc

It was clean and the staff were really helpful

It looked like a Russian housing estate , furnished as cheap as possible, the lift was out of order and I was on the 3rd floor .

Lovely apartment, perfect location, everything we needed.
