I didn’t like the fact that check in is at 15:00 and at 10:00am, I’m already getting knocks at the door being pushed to check out. Ideally if check in is at that time, it only makes sense for check out to also be pushed an hour up.
ZAThe location is good close to everything.
The people in charge was not very polite, I did not at all like the way they handled us, we had issues and nobody even met us there to hand over keys, we got keys from security, when we spoke it was said they will meet us there to hand over keys, the lady that dealt with us had a very bad attitude and when we brought it to the owner of the properties attention she completely ignored it and never responded to anything.
