THEverything perfect. Great view from the balcony. Comfy bed. Very central location. Everything is walking distance. Staff very friendly.

HRLocation is great. 10 minutes from center and 5 minutes till caffes and bars. We had train and bus station in front of hotel. Also balvons was great!
Elevator is not working good. We waited 30 minutes to go down and stairs were closed. It was three of us and stuff prepared only 2 beds. When we asked for sheets, receptionist told us it will be ready soon but after few hours we ask him to put it by ourselves. Also we asked for iron before we came to Sicily and they told us it is in room. In decription also said it was in room but when we asked for it they just give us excusion and promises that they know from the start it wont be done. Recepcionists are not speaking english and it was hard to communicate because most od them didnt care and just avoided problems.

The area looks a little messy but is part of being close to the train station but is also the best part because you can go anywhere from there
