Very close to the beach! It was comfortable and homey. Has amenities such as free onsite parking (2 spots), washer & dryer, oven with a stove top, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and other small appliances. They also have silverware and cooking utensils (not everything but a good bit!) and plates, bowls etc. There are also cornhole boards and some other beach gear in the closets and plastic storage outside. Also a pack and play ! The beach wasn’t very crowded the entire time we were there, always found a spot right by the access point. Main Street is just a quick drive from this property as well. There are also lots of restaurants, mini golf courses and stores nearby.

There are a lot of maintenance issues that could use some attention. Such as the front door being rather hard to open and close because of the way it’s hung, the first bathroom door as well (it drags across the floor), the first bathroom tub faucet doesn’t stop - a constant drip, the floor in the second bathroom was peeling, the side and front needed a good grass cutting was very much an eye sore. The front steps were also loose & the railing along the banister on the porch. Also (to not fault of the owners) previous guest put dirty dishes away with the clean dishes so that was pretty gross. We also almost ran out of toilet paper (we were provided with 3 rolls for a week).

Was not what I expected and went out night of arrival and door code would not let us in it took 10-15 minutes to finally get in, reached out to owners leaving voice mail about door code at 11:29pm and didn't get response until 7:00am. Thank goodness we were finally able to get in anyway. Checked out of there at 1:00am, luckily found something else. Windows shades were not able to close good you could see in from outside, just wasn't comfortable there. Left owners a text that we checked out of there around 1:30am.

I loved how close it is to the beach and barefoot.

The beds were not the most comfortable but they did the trick. The shower with the tub could be raised up a little bit the only one who used that shower was my 9 year old.
