Having keyless access to the property & security. Room had a kitchen so I could do basics and not eat out all the time.

I think a change of linens every three days would be nice. (Not 1x 7 days) Active guests like me showering 2x a day you might need a new towel sooner. The booking should also tell people if they are looking at a brick wall or a view of the water or Tafelberg.

Slightly cramped bed for a larger person, some noise from outside corridor late at night, pillows not the most comfortable Some options for parking would be nice

No smoking on balcony - inconvenient going down to smoke outside No parking facilities on the premises Bed was a bit smaller than used to Nobody at checkout Checkout was at 10am, but when hubby went out earlier, he couldn't come in as the pin was deactivated at 8am already. Shudder to think if we both went out together and couldn't get back in.
