Clean, Modern Studio Apt with AC, Balcony, Fan and Large Shower and Bathroom

Some may be bothered by street noise since its located in front of main street. However it usually is quiet between 10:30pm to 5:30am

Es espacio esta bien distribuido y las camas bastante cómodas, las instalaciones son bonitas y esta super bien ubicado

Es muy moderno, con un muy lindo balcon hacia el sur para que entre mucho sol, esta sobre la Chapultepec. La cama y el sofa ambos muy comodos. La ducha espectacular. Tiene una terraza comun y ademas area de lavado, y un area para trabajar si eres nomade digital.

La ubicación es muy buena tiene cerca la Roma, Condesa, zona Rosa y reforma caminando y afuera está una estación de metro.

Entiendo que el check out es 11 y que cumplen con una limpieza pero créanme que no es el primer hotel en el que me he hospedo. Llegué a mi habitación a las 11:15 a.m., con prácticamente todas mis pertenencias listas y únicamente pendientes de guardar algunos artículos. Sin embargo, el conserje se presentó en la puerta ejerciendo una presión innecesaria y poco profesional, insistiendo de forma apresurada para que desocupáramos la habitación de inmediato. Debido a esta situación, nos vimos obligados a bajar nuestras pertenencias sin poder acomodarlas correctamente. Al llegar al lobby, nuevamente se nos apresuró, abriendo la puerta con la clara intención de que abandonáramos el lugar de inmediato. La situación fue incómoda y poco profesional.

Friendly/accommodating hosts. Great location. Plenty of hot water. Fast WiFi. Everything you need in the kitchen. Free laundry facilities.

The only downside to this apartment is the noise. Unfortunately, it’s quite bad. I had read other reviews that stated the same, but I’ve dealt with street noise all over the world so I didn’t think much of it. I have to be honest though, it’s really really bad in this apartment. It almost felt like it was louder in the apartment than when we were outside lol. They provide earplugs to help with the issue, but we still had sleep issues all week even with the earplugs. I hate to leave a less than stellar review of this apartment, because everything else was great. But, in full honesty we would have paid a little more to stay elsewhere for a good nights rest. At the end of the day, that’s what matters most. I hope the hosts will consider upgrading the sliding door glass to something more on par with the rest of the building!

The apartment was very well equipped with lots of kitchen items, dishes, glasses, and everything we needed! The host kindly provided a couple of water bottles, instant coffee, and some little snacks. The A/C worked well and everything was very clean. We appreciated having a table and couch in the room. The bed was firm and king size and was cleverly separated by shoji screens from the rest of the room. The whole apartment building was quite nice inside and the top floor was a spacious rooftop area to relax on. There were numerous street food places nearby, little shops, and a very big bakery with endless choices of tasty things to eat.

The bed had a strange "hill" down the middle of it that caused my husband to roll off toward the side of the bed. The pillowcases were a rough linen material; not so great for my face! It should be noted that the washer & dryer are actually located on the rooftop area, not in the apartment. They are free to use, however, when they are available.

The location is very close to main museums, comfortable and convenient!

The noise from the main street can be loud, and since it's near a bus station, the house shakes whenever a larger bus passes by.
