Barracks 414: City Centre Aprt with Balcony

Excellent location and a real bonus to have a balcony and a view of the top of Table Mountain.

Das Zimmer ansich war sehr gut, sauber und Preis-Leistung sehr gut!

Die Lage war gut allerdings war es doch sehr laut. Die Türen hatten keine Dichtung und nebenan wohnte eine Familie mit Baby was durchgängig geschrieen hatte und man hörte jeden Menschen sein Appartment betreten oder Netflix schauen weil die Türe lediglich eine Holzplatte ist ohne Gummi oder Dichtung und sich direkt neben dem Kopfteil des Bettes befindet. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr trocken, kein lächeln, keine Erklärung nichts. Mein Balkon war voll mit Zigarettenstümmeln und es wurde dann kurz behauptet diese seien von mir was aber nicht der Fall war.

Location is very handy. The room has everything you need for short stay.

Room is great just the walls of the room are not the thickest so i could hear other people talk but it was not a big issue.

I was accused of smoking an burning the couch on the balcony below me while am a non smoker... been told I must take care of the expense in repairing cauch .while I did not do it. Just being accused of the crime I didn't commit with no evidence..

Very central

Had a problem with our electricity supply. Almost impossible to get hold of someone to assist.

Surpreendeu muito as expectativas. Muito limpo, muito confortável, muito agradável, muito bem localizado.

O único ponto ruim foi o chuveiro, a água esquenta e resfria um pouco mesmo sem mexer no registro. Mas isso não atrapalhou a experiência

Staff are super friendly, the apartment was hotel level clean!
