I was hoping to have a decent quantity of toilet papers that enough for number of people stayed for 6D5N stayed Out of the dozen of home-stays like this that we had, the host of this property was the only one that was so stingy with the toilet paper and all the essential items such as hair shampoo, conditioner and hand wash/soap. The toilet paper was half left, had not replaced the new one nor provided some spare new rolls in any of the cupboards until we texted him. I was hoping to have at least a comfortable clean apartment and a decent quantity of toilet papers for 3 people stayed for 6D5N No hair shampoo and conditioner nor the hand soap or hand wash except the towels (even the toilet paper was like half left, not replaced to new one). The toilet rolls were delivered immediately but only 2 rolls for 3 people for 5 nights stayed. There was no bath mat. Only one filthy floor mat outside the toilet. The mat was not replaced. Also,the apartment is a bit backdated. The furniture is old and worn out. The door from the living room to the balcony was broken. There wasn’t any desk or dinning table nor chair or couch in the dining area / Living room The air conditioning in the bedroom wasn’t working (finally get someone to fix it on the 4th night of our stayed) The blind wasn’t working, unable to pull it up The TV in the bathroom wasn’t working. Therefore, i would said the TV was only for display to attract the customers Only one bathroom has hot water system Overall I am very sure with the same price (RM400+ per night) you can get a quite decent hotel room or accommodation in the same building or somewhere nearby. This Airbnb is definitely not worth the price ☹️

The only reason i booked this apartment was the location is perfect for the dragonboat event.

I made a complaint to the manager of the property about lack of toilet roll and the bathroom mat was filthy dirty. The toilet rolls were delivered immediately but the mat was not replaced
