Gulf Breeze Beach House w Pool Huge Hot Tub and Sauna

Pool needs a heater, for spring break, needs new cue sticks for pool table, pool table is warped, and not level, no darts for dart board, you had all this entertainment, but it is all broken, which makes it worthless..

Property was on a dead-end street, in a decent neighborhood so the noise was nonexistent (except for a chicken or two the neighbors had). The property had most everything that you could need to prepare meals, etc. and multiple grocery stores were within 2 miles. There were plenty of beds to go around and were decent to sleep on. Pool was fantastic and so was the outside lighting to make evenings a blast to be outside. There were all kinds of pool related toys, inflatables, equipment, etc. provided which made the kids happy.

The property did show some wear and tear that needed to be touched up on the walls and the bathrooms had some mold showing in the shower areas. Some people would be turned off by seeing a few cockroaches in the home, however I grew up in Florida and know they always find a way in.
