Ruined by bed bugs. Got up at night to see what was crawling on my arm, when i turned on the lamp i found bed bugs crawling around me and my children. My family ended up on the sofa, my wife and I managed to get a few hours sleep. Instructions for WiFi and hot water are none. It's not simply switch on the boiler. We asked the host to extend our stay ( before we found bed bugs), we sent payment to an account they gave through the chat. After finding the bugs, we cancelled the extension, obviously I could not let my family stay in those conditions. So, started well, would have been great if not for the bed bugs. I still haven't received my refund from the host, to add to the stress.

When arrived there was no lock on garage door and then after we’d unpacked we noticed that there was no locks on main doors. And balcony doors were broken so the kids didn’t feel safe so we had to leave as couldn’t get hold of anyone to sort out for us. We had to drive around with 2 kids. 1 of which has type 1 which was hugely stressed out. Trying to find somewhere to sleep. My son couldn’t eat till 12 o clock at night. As his levels were so high. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone and asked for it to be taken down as it’s not safe and customer service is awful. We are still Awaiting a reply and we have been back 6 days from day of arrival.

The bed linen was not clean - shabby and not clean which was disappointing. There was no general TV channels and wifi poor. Would be very a real asset if you were to invest in TV

Pre-stay communication and access instructions prior to the stay were poor.

We had issues with the balcony door and the response time was slow however it didn't affect our stay.

Having to access through garage and not front door. Not easy when car in garage. Not being able to speak directly to host - all on line Maintenance of a few items needed. No welcome instructions or information folder in property

It was very difficult to find the garage and key box and after 10 phone calls to the property I’ve got a text message back saying they are dealing with another customer and will get back to me and they never did. The balcony door was broken so we couldn’t sit out on the balcony as we couldn’t open it. You could see through the pillowcases at the actual pillow underneath was stained and dirty. They gave two towels for four people.
GBWe had a great overnight stay at the apartment. It was clean, well-furnished, and comfortable. The location was convenient, Highly recommended for a short stay!
While our overall experience was positive, there were a few drawbacks. There were not enough duvet blankets available. The TV was outdated and lacked channels, including YouTube. The entrance key locker code was initially given incorrectly, requiring a call and several messages, which were answered after a long wait. Despite these issues, everything else went smoothly, but the self-check-in process could use some improvement.
