The location is absolutely perfect as my family live near to where the apartment is and its central location to Formby Village works well. Communication from the owner was efficient and informative and they were happy to provide an early checkin as we had arrived from Spain. It had everything you needed and exceptionally comfortable beds

There were some issues with cleanliness and, couldn't really use the wardrobes as all the extra bedding was being stored. I found the sofas were really uncomfortable but I get they are used as additional beds. The garden could use a little TLC

I dont normally leave reviews but I feel like this place is underrated. Everything was wonderful, plenty of information about local places, comfy beds, great facilities. Absolute steal for the amount of us (3 adults 2 kids) was really impressed. We hope to return next year for southports flower show.

Cramped. Felt like we were in a trailer home or vacation cottage. All the action in the kitchen for three people.
