Very clean room, good service

It was beautifully renovated, located 8 km from the airport, and yet it was very quiet. Upon arrival, we were greeted with fresh, hot tea.

There are no buses that go there, so you definitely need to take a tuk-tuk. This is only a problem if you really want to save money. Normally, they charge 1500 rupees for a ride to or from the airport, but if you bargain very well, you might get it for 1000 rupees.

- incredibly nice and kind hosts, we were dropped off at the airport because there was no many options of going there in the morning - once the property is finished there will be a nice kitchen and dining area and nice common space ( I was able to make myself some tea and stuff) - the property is new so everything is new and clean* - the hosts really are trying to make the place great, so my review might be now valid anymore soon and I would hope so 💙

- the location is not ideal, is not that close to the airport (taxi costs 1000 rupees, which for us was a lot), from Negombo the tuk tuk is around 600 rupees and once you’re there, the closest please to eat is around 1.2km away. There is nothing around there to do. - there were no mosquito nets which caused us not to sleep at night. My partner had 38 bites on his back alone, that’s why my score is so low - we were given the dorm room (we stayed alone there, so that’s not an issue) but there was just one ceiling fan that didn’t do much for lower bunk beds, plus made awful ticking noise. We needed to turn it off, it was not possible to fall asleep with that noise. - *shower is not as nice, that would be the next thing they change as it really is not nice

Clean place and Meyer to airport and negombo city only 10 minutes with bus

Excellent hospitality and the number one and extremely kind personality.
