Good location

The apartment was very cold

good location, and good apartment, corresponds to the description and pictures, good quality/price relation

the self checkin was terrible, we had a lot of trouble getting answers from the host before the arrival: we received a giant PDF with a lot of informations about tourism in the city, but the access to the house was not clear and we couldn't get answers before the hour of the checkin, which was frustrating as we had to travel and we didn't know if we'd have access to the place. Once there, we arrived late at night, the self-check in didn't work, the code was not the right one, luckily this time the host was reactive and sent us a new code, but the whole thing was much more stressful than it should have been.

The owners did not provide a way to access the block from the street. They gave us a code for a keypad, but there is no keypad to access the block. A resident informed us that this was a problem for all rented flats. The phone number provided was unobtainable and they did not respond to messages. We had to find alternative accommodation and we have not been refunded. Booking.com have not refunded us either as they say they cannot make contact with the owners. This seems to be a scam. They are advertising a property which you cannot access from the street without someone leaving the block - it is totally unacceptable. And they have still got our money even though Booking.com have accepted that we are due a refund.

We liked the location and the cleanliness of the property! Having two bathrooms was great for 7 people! There was plenty of space for all of us!

There were not many kitchen supplies. And we would have liked to have comfier pillows and blankets!
