The big plus of this place is the location. The apartment has the potential to be a great place to stay if only the hosts would care to provide the basic level of comfort.

The place has only been superficially cleaned. The carpet and sofa had stains, and I saw some other reviews mentioning this, so it has obviously not been addressed for quite some time. We had no glasses and cups, only wine glasses (?!), the room had just one towel, I asked to bring extra towels, which they did. No clothes hangers to put clothes on (I was on a business trip), I had to go buy some.

The manger was sent pictures of uncleanliness throughout the home. Refused to reimburse us.

Not being able to enter a clean house and There were zero paper towels, toilet paper, no remote fir upstairs and batteries didn’t work downstairs remote. These items were communicated to owner and still no refund was given.

Great location to the stadiums.

It did not have full amenities that a usual air bnb should have We only had one set of towels, no coffee cups no regular cups no spatulas for cooking only 1 trash bag…ridiculous how everything was so limited. We would have had more amenities through a hotel suite.

Location was great.

Bathrooms had two towels and one towel in the other. One wash rag in each bathroom. One towel had two large holes in it. The dishwasher was running when checked in and was full of dishes. The living room rug was curled up on one corner and was s tripping hazard. To shut the garage door you had to pull the car out and someone would have to push the button inside the garage and then go out the front and walk around to the driveway.

The location was excellent. Within walking distance of AT&T. The condo was really cute. Really liked that there was a garage. Could be really nice, but.........

It was dusty. The first thing you see when you walk in is a majorly stained rug. There were no drinking glasses. There were a few wine glasses, but all were dirty. Dishwasher did not close. Only 1 kitchen towel, no wascloth. Upstairs hall bathroom handle fell off. Each bathroom only had 2 bath towels & one was not even bathroom size. There were 4 people so we had to keep putting in dryer. When I told owner, she said to go buy some! Only one face cloth. Soap dispensers didn't work. Bedding & furniture dusty. Sheets were so cheap . No extra blankets. Whoever does their housekeeping SUCKS!

The property is nice. The location is great. It's close enough to the where you can walk or drive. They have a Walmart around the corner and whatever type of food you desire and a couple of late night spots for Adults. Now what I don't like is that after arriving to the property in the townhouse that I stayed in the master bedroom bed was broken. One side of the bed the boxspring was literally on the floor. I townhouse was not clean properly. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher which left a smell. Items were still in the refrigerator from the people who stayed before me. They toilet in the master bathroom was not clean properly. The microwave was nasty inside and out. It clearly states on that you have to pay in advance for all of these things to be taken care of before you stay. My townhouse was not inspected properly before turning it over to me and I didn't appreciate that especially with the fee for this was already paid in advance. After notifying the people over the property about my issue with photos and videos. They ignored my request of some form of compensation. When you tell people that there money is non refundable then you are suppose to do your best by them.

The set up is nice the garage access was good !!!

The dishwasher wasn’t able to close, no sponge to clean the dishes. The brushes available had hair in them. there was hair in the kitchen area, and bathroom from previous users there. Old snacks from others, dirty kitchen ware, gnats every downstairs. Also a lot of mold I noticed under the sink. I let the property managers know. They told me to send the pictures I have to the number on file. That didn’t work let them know that and I didn’t hear back from them when I was told they’d give me a number to reach out too. Also I work from home and the WiFi was not available the entire trip.

Great place to stay, very central to what we had planned. Would 100% stay again!
