The size of apartment - only.

The apartment is dirty, and not cleaned at all, and was not prepared for occupancy. The towels and bed are dirty, everything is covered in dust, cockroaches! The check-in instructions were incorrect, there were no keys! We had to wait for the keys to be delivered to us in the middle of the night!! It is unacceptable!! There is also no stated coffee machine, there are no instructions for Wi-Fi, and most likely there is no Internet either! The stated Netflix does not work!!! Absolutely does not correspond to the description!There is photo confirmation!All the trash cans in the apartment are filled to the top - this is not acceptable!!!!! Very rude host!When we informed him about all points, he refused all, and told us that it’s our problem.

It was a spacious apartment with good beds, kitchen utensils were good.

The listing claims that "the balcony boasts city view" but it was under construction and fully scaffolded as the attached photo shows. This was not only ugly but also posed a security issue as the primitive door could have been kicked in from the scaffold. The street "boasted" a front wheel of a bike chained to a post but the rest of the bike was stolen (another photo). The other bedroom, the bathroom and the kitchen faced the inner court that was like a dumpsite construction or not. That view was blocked by the broken shutter (photo).There was no microwave in the kitchen. The contact person did dot reply to my comments.
