Apartamento espaçoso, bem organizado e limpo.

O elevador não funcionou um único dia, e parece que isso é recorrente. Isso dificulta muito para quem tem filhos pequenos e malas para subir. Além disso, todos os taxistas nos recomendaram que não andássemos pela região, porque era perigosa.

Ascensore guasto, in bagno manca l' appendono per i teli doccia e il bidet. Troppo calda e troppo rumorosa.

Location near train station was ok.

After entering the building we immediately noticed the lift was broken and the common areas were filthy. Then after climbing a few flights of stairs we entered the apartment to find it in poor condition as well. I immediately noticed there was a light switch hanging out of the socket in the kitchen, near the sink (very dangerous). There was also a strong sewage smell in the bathroom as mentioned by another reviewer. Also, the apartment was INCREDIBLY hot. There were 2 tiny/ineffective fans provided that barely moved air. We opened the windows to find the apartment facing a major street so the noise with them open was unbearable. We tried to stay the night in the apartment but around 2230 while sitting in front of the fans still sweating (apartment around 34 degrees C or 94 F according to thermostat for the powered off heater inside), we decided that due to all of the issues we felt unsafe and couldn't stay here. Keep in mind we are avid budget travelers and have never left a stay in 20+ years of traveling, let alone one as pricey as this. We booked a hotel last minute and left. We contacted the property about all of these issues throughout that day/after and received minimal if any response. They were also rude and didn't even acknowledge our various concerns. I'd highly recommend avoiding this apartment as well as any others ITALSTAY manages as well!

I was very happy I liked everything. These are great apartments and great company! I highly recommend. All conditions are ideally clean. Warm, cozy, perfectly clean bed.
