Everything ! from the greeting from Sonia to the superb and immaculately clean apartment. All round one of the best properties I have stopped at with booking.com. Even the little touches like a bottle of water and a couple of chocolates. Sonia obviously takes great pride in what she does. Highly recommended .

Host was very communicative and arrived right on time to let us in. She also very kindly allowed us to use the washing machine which we appreciated greatly. Room was spacious and comfortable. Nice kitchen with snacks! We didn't see much of the city so can't comment on the location other than to say it seemed nice and there were several restaurants nearby.

Room was listed as having a private bathroom and maybe it did but you had to access it through a shared space. I couldn't tell if the bathroom was just for us or there just wasn't anyone staying in the other rooms. It did have the largest shower I have seen after more than a month of traveling in Italy!

Private parking. Clean and decorated with a good taste. There was food in the kitchen to make some dinner and snacks for the breakfast.

Water pressure in the shower is very weak, so almost impossible to wash long heir. There was no hot water in the shower at 7AM. There is a private kitchen and a private batroom, but the apartment itself is not private, so when you get out from the shower you have to make sure that no strangers are passing in the corridor. In addition, we were 5 people and one of the beds was in a separate room, so my husbend went to sleep there because kids didn't want to sleep alone with strangers passing in the apartment. That room also had a smell of mold. If the structure of the shared apartment was just mentioned on booking, it could avoid the disappointment.

The house is so clean and comfortable. Sonia is so nice and kind. 10/10!

Very nice place, lots of details prepared with love.

Beautiful and clean place in the very center of the city. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious. Perfect and fast internet. The owner is extremely kind and available for anything you may need. Fucecchio is wonderful, 40 minutes away from any of the most beautiful towns in Tuscany - Florence, Pisa, Siena, San Giminiano, Lucca.
