Mattresses were dirty and some had holes in. Could do with new or mattress protectors on.

Location and parking was good

Bed sheets were dirty when we arrived, received an email and the host asked ‘did the cleaner come?’ which gives the impressions that the cleaner did not come (hence the dirty bedsheets). Toilet was broken and constantly flowing with water making a very loud sound. I had shortly lost the key to the property before finding the key again and the host was not helpful and did not have proper provisions if there was a lost key. Thankfully I was able to find it in my car upon which we discovered the front door did not open to which I let the host know and was advised that we would just have to climb and bring our bags through the front window. Neighbours had also confirmed that the host is not the greatest and often blocks renters when they come to him with any issues leaving them without getting their money back. I paid £283 for 1 night and no where near the value for money that you would expect when paying that much for a single night particularly with the facilities and living conditions provided. If you can stay elsewhere please do!

Absolutely nothing

I would like to make a formal complaint about this property, this was the worst hotel/house I have ever stayed in .No working hot water .Cobwebs everywhere .The house smelt of cigarette smoke .Two of the beds where broken (my mother fell off the bed in the night and now has back pain) .The driveway only fitted 2 cars , not 4 like advertised .faulty toilet (constantly running) .black mould around window seals (this caused my partner to have a asthma attack) . Shower curtain pole held together with sticky tape .wet ceiling from leak above .general cleanliness was awful .the garden was unkept and overgrown .only certain rooms had smoke alarms .broken plug sockets with extension leads running everywhere
