The house was beautiful would definitely stay here again

TV didn't work for live TV and all the streaming sites had other people logged in

The house was clean and neatly presented! With a spacious kitchen leading to a conservatory area for evening relaxation was just lovely! Close to shops and ice rink, and not far from the Airport, Birmingham City Centre and Solihull Town Centre, a truly convenient spot! My family had a great time and would definitely recommend this property for anyone's stay, business or pleasure!

Getting key code is a bit of a hassle. Logging into booking .com to get it was not easy and in the end had to call owner. Makes you anxious and personally I would have liked the code the day before so you don’t spend all day worrying about getting the number. Lock box not as easy to use if you’re not used it before. That’s just me and it didn’t affect the stay but you are asking for feedback,

The house was well decorated and well equipped. For a short stay, it was ideal. The communication was great, they left us ice lollies because it was hot. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked. The location was ideal for the NEC and the driveway is ideal. The rooms were clean, they all had mirrors and lovely little clothes rails.

There were a few things that needed fixing. One one the bedroom doors was broken, the handle doesn't work so you can't shut the door. One of the windows has a broken handle which comes off in your hand. The conservatory has double doors but the lock on one doesn't work properly which made it really difficult to lock.

When we arrived the house smelt strongly of drugs.we found a large bag of drugs in the kitchen..in the bag thete was weighing scales and little bags and a big bag of cannabis ans several riled up joints.i phoned the owner of the flat and he asked if I "could get rid of it for him"i refused to do so and told him it was his responsibility. He asked me to leave it in the garden as he was a hour away.he did apologise but offer no refund.the alarm kept bleeping loundly all night becouse the battery was running out.i phoned him and he said we must of set of the alarm .I told him no one smoked and we didn't cook.he did come out and chage the battery.the beds were clean but had very poor mattresses .the sofa bed was broke .it was a clean house but felt very let down as he said he would compensate us but he didn't..if your into using drugs ots a great place to stay.
