We absolutely love staying at the Ocean Walk Resort, beautiful property, and great location!

The room wasn't very clean. Dirty walls, we did see 2 roaches, the balcony was not usable due to the amount of bird poop, the chairs were covered as well as the small side table. We have stayed at this resort on many occasions and have not seen any rooms/balconies in this bad of condition.

"Fun and enjoyable stay"

Everything was great. The room was great and the pools were ever better!

The only thing I would complain about is the sound of the ac being on. It made the loudest sound that was super annoying…. Esp for anyone in the living/dining area.

"Horrible experience"

I had been to the resort before and enjoyed the pools and amenities. I usually book every April for Jeep Beach for the last 6 years.

I had never stayed in the south tower. They didn't have my booking at check in, property manager was extremely rude, unit was dingy with broken TV, bed and microwave, clogged sink, needs serious cleaning and upgrade and the AC sounded like a 757 jet engine at night only, which scared my kid. I called property manager, again same lady and VERY rude, argumentative and NASTY. We checked in Friday night and left Saturday morning at 7am. Will NEVER stay here again. Now having to dispute to get my money back.

We had a small mixup with the room booking. not only did they rectify the problem. They ended up giving us a much much larger apartment then the one bedroom studio we originally booked for the same price. It was an amazing trip!!
