Comfortable, spacious, clean, great location

No hairdryer, no iron or ironing board, really struggled to get entertainment passes and also to enter the van

Really enjoyed our stay at the Sandy Glade. Highly recommend, easy check-in and accommodated for our last minute trip 👍

Great caravan that had just about all we needed and was very clean

The only thing was the exchanging of damage deposit and then the wait to have this returned, I wasn’t keen on handing over my bank details and was concerned but this did work out although I felt having to wait up to 14 days for damage deposit to be returned was to long

Small friendly site, great facilities, and good location to other amenities. Accommodation was in a great part of the park and had everything you needed for a pleasant stay. Caravan was very clean, roomy, and comfortable. Overlooking a lovely grass area you can sit and barbecue at, car parking facilities right opposite. We will definitely be returning soon !

The caravan is on a holiday park ground,everywhere is so clean and tidy and the place is very well looked after.The caravan itself is super,very clean and well looked after, pretty and cosy.You basically have all you need.We really had a lovely time.The nearest beach is about 6-7min away walking,is lovely and sandy!Especially when the tide is in it is great for swimming and have a splash with the kids.I will surely return if I had chance. Thanks so much!

Landlord sucks!!

The landlord can only accept HSBC online transfer to pay the deposit, which is very unfriendly to us who have never used HSBC and have no HSBC bank account. Even if we are willing to pay the deposit in person, we are not accepted. I have reason to suspect that the landlord wants to seize and refuse to return the deposit. After four hours of continued difficult communication, the landlord refused to offer any other solution. Finally, after four hours of communication under the hot sun, we were not given a check-in or a key to our room, we did not even know where our room was, and we never entered the room! And the landlord refused to cancel the order and refund the fee, so we spent a lot of money and several people were not able to stay in the room after four hours in the hot sun. The landlord was one of the worst I have encountered in the months I have been travelling in the UK and there is no worse landlord who does not recommend booking for free travellers!!
