"Nice staff and room, hotel now called " A star"."

Lovely staff, clean big room close to the golden temple.

The hotel is now called " A star" this needs updating on bookings. Air conditioning is centrally controlled and you need to ring down to ask for your room to have it turned on , sometimes staff forget. We asked two different staff members at different times of the day to book our taxi. This was not done, it normally wouldn't matter but when you have 2 flights to get time is important. They charge 500 rupees to make the call
