Hygiene is too poor, bed sheet, pillow covers, everything was extraordinarily dirty and stinking, TV remote battery had leaked and even after several requests they did not change it. while returning i requested them that my daughter is too small and I have a 4 am train so if they could provide 2 slices of bread with butter, they refused on my face. No drinking water (even a single bottle complimentary) no value for money at all. Extremely bad experience. highly unprofessional attitude. No glasses in the washroom, no soap, no dustbin, nothing.

Rooms are extremely small. No ventilation. Hotel has no drinking water facility, have to buy mineral water bottle. Water cooler does not work. Staff at the reception are not knowledgeable and cannot help with going around/shopping in Amritsar. I advice others not to include breakfast option while booking their stay. Plenty of food options are available close by. As such the hotel gets either paratha Or kulcha from nearby food joints and delivers it in your room for four times the price. The only good point is location of the hotel. To reach the hotel directly, take a battery rickshaw to darbar sahib, near langar.
