Paseo de Gracia - Lovely studio by the sea!

A good studio apartment in the right sort of location. The facilities in the apartment were fine. Slightly concerned about the sofa bed but no problems.

A problem with sun beds and mats that went on. We were told that there was a shortage of money in the hotel itself.

Location is perect. On the main road by the sea. Lots of restaurants, shops. Balcony is very nice witht the view. Pool is giant and very nice, not too many people. Near beaches and the port if you want to have a boat excursion.

This studio is in a prime location and has exactly what you need for a studio apartment. It's literally a stone's throw from the beach where you will enjoy many restaurants and entertainment. On arrival, the host left a bottle of wine and bottled water, which was a lovely touch. We had an early morning check-in, and the host accommodated our expectations and also arranged the airport taxi for our return flight. The host returns any queries in a friendly and timely manner. The reason for the 8 rating is that my personal preference is to have a bedroom. This is my first studio apartment, so I don't have a comparison. The slight reduction is merely for the balcony sun, albeit it's a lovely view 😊

The only negative is that if you like to sit in the sun, the balcony is in the shade. However, there is a lovely poolside to go to, and the beach is only meteres away. There was an electrical fault that was reported and fixed.
